Ready To Reign is built on disciplined training that prepares you for more than just the gym.

I have over 10 years of coaching experience, working with athletes from youth to former professionals. I’m a former Division II and Division III collegiate athlete and hold a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Exercise Physiology, with a coaching approach rooted in traditional strength and conditioning principles.

Alongside coaching, I serve as a public safety professional, working as both a police officer and firefighter. That background shapes how I program—training must develop strength, conditioning, durability, and resilience that carry over to sport, work, and everyday life.

I hold certifications through NASM and CrossFit, and I continue to pursue further education because effective coaching is a lifelong process.
